A Flexport alternative
for merchants under the minimum.

Flexport's monthly minimum for fulfillment rose to $5,000 at the start of 2026. For a store whose whole fulfillment bill is a fraction of that, EdCo Fulfillment has no monthly minimum.

Supply Chain Dive reported on 15 August 2025 that Flexport's monthly minimum fee for its fulfillment services would rise to $5,000 at the start of 2026, having been $500 until then (source). A merchant whose month of fulfillment costs a few hundred dollars pays the minimum instead of the month. This page is for that merchant.

How a month bills here

  • Pick and pack: $3.00 per order, first item included. Each additional item in the same order is $0.50.
  • Storage: $25.00 per occupied position per month, with a one month minimum, billed per position and not per SKU.
  • Receiving: $3.00 per box, counted against your packing list and photographed at intake.
  • No monthly minimum, no setup fee, no contract term.

The arithmetic

Thirty orders and one storage position come to $115.00 in service fees. One hundred orders come to $325.00, and two hundred fifty to $775.00. Postage is on top, at the carrier's cost, with $0.50 on a label we generate and nothing on a label you send us.

What every account includes

Orders received before 12:00 PM Pacific Time ship the same business day. Each order is photographed before it seals, and the photographs sit in your portal. The store connector is configured and tested against your own store during onboarding, before your first live order moves. Returns are received, inspected and photographed at $4.00 each.

Where EdCo is not the answer

EdCo does not move ocean freight and does not act as importer, consignee or customs broker. Inventory from abroad arrives already cleared, under you or the customs agent you engage. It ships from one location in Fairview, Oregon, works at parcel level and does not take freight on pallets or products regulated as food.

You ask Flexport for a removal to our receiving address, which is issued in writing with the signed agreement. Removal fees and notice periods are set by your contract with them. Here each carton is counted against your list and photographed, and the receiving report follows within two business days.
