A ShipBob alternative
with the prices on the page.
ShipBob quotes each account separately and lists implementation among its standard fees. EdCo Fulfillment publishes one rate card, charges no setup fee and bills what the month used.
ShipBob's pricing page, read on 5 October 2026, says that "all quotes are customized for each customer" and names implementation first among its standard fees. A store that ships thirty or three hundred orders a month usually wants two answers before anything else: what the month will cost, and what it costs to start. Both are published here.
The rate card
- Pick and pack: $3.00 per order, first item included. Each additional item in the same order is $0.50.
- Receiving: $3.00 per box, counted against your packing list and photographed at intake.
- Storage: $25.00 per occupied position per month, with a one month minimum. It is billed per position, not per SKU.
- No setup fee, no implementation fee, no monthly minimum.
- The carrier is your choice. Postage bills at cost with USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL, with $0.50 on a label we generate and nothing on a label you send us.
What a month costs
Thirty orders and one storage position come to $115.00 in service fees. One hundred orders and one position come to $325.00. Postage is on top, at the carrier's cost. A month with fewer orders bills fewer orders, with nothing added to reach a floor.
What happens to each order
Orders received before 12:00 PM Pacific Time ship the same business day. Each order is photographed before it seals, and the photographs sit in your portal with the receiving record of the cartons it came from. The store connector is configured and tested against your own store during onboarding, before your first live order moves.
Where EdCo is not the answer
EdCo ships from one location in Fairview, Oregon, and works at parcel level. It does not split inventory across regions, move freight on pallets or take products regulated as food. A brand that needs those belongs with a national network, and it is better to read that here than after the inventory has moved.
Moving your inventory
The move itself has four steps, and receiving is the one charge on our side. They are set out in how to switch fulfillment providers. The monthly arithmetic at lower volumes is in low-volume fulfillment.
