A ShipMonk alternative
with no monthly minimum.
ShipMonk sets a Monthly Minimum from the order volume you project. EdCo Fulfillment has none: a slow month bills what it used.
ShipMonk's pricing page, read on 5 October 2026, describes its Monthly Minimum as "a standardized fee that is determined in conjunction with your pick fees and projected order volume", and says a custom quote "will outline platform, onboarding, and any add-on technology fees". A store with steady volume can plan around that. A store whose months are uneven, seasonal or just starting pays for the projection in the months that fall short of it.
How a month bills here
- Pick and pack: $3.00 per order, first item included. Each additional item in the same order is $0.50.
- Storage: $25.00 per occupied position per month, with a one month minimum, billed per position and not per SKU.
- Receiving: $3.00 per box, counted against your packing list and photographed at intake.
- No monthly minimum, no setup fee, no platform fee.
The same store in two different months
One hundred orders and one storage position come to $325.00 in service fees. The month after, with thirty orders and the same position, the invoice is $115.00. Postage is on top in both, at the carrier's cost. Nothing is added to the second month to bring it up to the first.
What every account includes
Orders received before 12:00 PM Pacific Time ship the same business day. Each order is photographed before it seals, and the photographs sit in your portal. Postage bills at cost with the carrier chosen by price or by your preference, with $0.50 on a label we generate and nothing on a label you send us. Returns are received, inspected and photographed at $4.00 each.
Where EdCo is not the answer
EdCo ships from one location in Fairview, Oregon, and works at parcel level. It does not run several fulfillment centers, move freight on pallets or take products regulated as food. A brand that needs those belongs with a larger network, and it is better to read that here than after the inventory has moved.
Moving your inventory
The four steps of a move, and the one charge on our side, are set out in how to switch fulfillment providers. The arithmetic for ten to two hundred fifty orders a month is in low-volume fulfillment.
