TikTok Shop gives a regular order two business days to be in transit. Here, an order received before 12:00 PM Pacific ships that same business day, from Fairview, Oregon.

TikTok Shop's Fulfillment Policy for the United States, read on 6 October 2026, says a regular order "must be marked as In Transit (for example, scanned by carriers) within 2 business days of Awaiting Shipment", and that an order is cancelled automatically when tracking has not been added within five business days.

How it works on this account

  • Receiving: $3.00 per box, counted against your packing list and photographed at intake.
  • Storage: $25.00 per occupied position per month, with a one month minimum.
  • Returns: $4.00 per return, inspected and photographed.
  • No setup fee, no monthly minimum, no contract term.

What happens to each order

Orders are photographed before they seal, and the photographs sit in your portal with the receiving record of the carton the item came from.

Where EdCo is not the answer

This account suits a shop with a steady flow of orders. A shop whose volume arrives in bursts of thousands of orders in a day belongs with Fulfilled by TikTok or a national network. Products regulated as food and cartons over fifty pounds are also outside what the facility takes.

A shop that also sells on its own site can read fulfillment for Shopify stores. The monthly arithmetic at lower volumes is in low-volume fulfillment.
